NOC Status

Capital Smart City has obtained approval for its No Objection Certificate (NOC) from the Rawalpindi Development Authority (RDA), establishing itself as the sole legal housing society in the region. However, as the society expands with the acquisition of additional land, it is in the process of obtaining a revised NOC for the enlarged blocks within the development. This update to the NOC is necessary due to the changes resulting from the increased land area. The revised NOC is expected to be approved shortly, ensuring compliance with all regulatory requirements and facilitating the continued development of the housing society.
